TASTING NOTES: Lemon yellow colour in the glass, with golden tones. Fresh apricot aromas, with light tropical notes. Smooth entry, with an elegant & silky mid-palate. Nuances of melon & banana. Also cool white flowers & resinous notes, with a fine present mineral touch. In mouth, predominance of white fruit and a continuous pleasant acidity that makes it subtle & refreshing until the finish. Nice structure from its brief aging in the barrel. In the aftertaste, memories of fennel and honey-lemon tea. Serve around 8ºC.
