Tasting notes
Intense dark cherry red color. Aromatic & charming. Luscious & with an elegant palate. Ripe red fruit notes appear firstly in mouth, leading to a silky and balanced pass. Pleasant toasted & cocoa aromas reminding of its aging in oak barrels. Great structure & meatiness, very harmonious. Fruity and nicely complex long aftertaste. Wonderful with all kinds of meat & cheese, flavoury dishes & sauces, spicy food; also roasts, stews & grilling. Serve around 16-18ºC.
